G5 - How To Check Volumes on a Base Station

Press the mode button on the keypad

Press 1-2-3-4

On the screen the customer will see user ID=1 (this indicates a successful login)

Press the Enter button (this will take you to the main menu which will have 2 options)

System Menu

Greeter Menu

Cursor will be on system menu so you will have the customer press enter

The first option will be Drive Thru Volumes

Press enter to go into check the volume levels

Inbound Mic Volume is first >18< (what we set up systems to)

Outbound Talk Volume is next >11< (what we set up systems to)

  

To change the value press enter and using the up arrow scroll to the desired volume

Once desired volume is reached press the enter button to lock it into the system

Inbound has a maximum of 20

Outbound should be set to nothing greater than 13

*if the customer has a dual lane G5 press the lane button when in the volume section to check lane 2*
